The first Acne Studios store has opened in Hong Kong.
Saturday’s opening marks the third Asian market for the avant garde brand, following Japan and South Korea.
The new store is located in New Henry House, No 10 Ice House St, in Hong Kong’s Central district.
“Acne Studios’ Ice House St sits in a stretch of boutiques known as a high fashion destination for the local audience,” the company said in a statement issued in Sweden.
“The limited retail space is being maximised through a smart application of the latest store design concept, dominated by perforated aluminium structures, as seen in the Acne Studios stores in downtown Los Angeles (Eastern Columbia Building), Paris Rive Gauche (Quai Voltaire) and most recently Melbourne, Australia, (Little Bourke St).
Acne Studios Ice House St carries men’s and women’s ready-to-wear collections, denim, shoes and accessories. Acne Studios stores are also located in London, New York and Tokyo.
