Savills markets The Centrium shops

International real estate consultancy Savills in Hong Kong has been appointed sole sales agent for The Centrium shops in Central.
Completed in 2001 at 60 Wyndham St, the property has a 130ft (39.62m) shop frontage and houses 25 floors of offices and six floors of car park.
Shops on the ground floor range in size from 3162 sqft (293.75 sqm) to 6157 sqft, and there is a unit on the UG1/F measuring 6509 sqft.
The Centrium combines commercial, entertainment and cultural elements, and is close to Lan Kwai Fong and Soho, as well as restaurants and bars including Bungalow, Dragon-i, Solas and Wagyu.
Nearby is the Central Police Station Revitalisation Project (Tai Kwun), expected to be completed by the end of the year and offering extra space for art and cultural activities.
“This is a very rare investment opportunity,” says Savills MD and head of investment Peter Yuen.
“Although the market seems to have slowed a bit, the prices of properties in prime areas have remained stable. The current market situation has had little impact on prime properties such as this.”
