Two Courts Malaysia stores have been opened simultaneously in Sabah’s Keningau and Semporna districts.

Special deals, discounts of up to 80 per cent, in-store promotions and giveaways are being offered to mark the launch of the stores.

A combined total of 1250 products are being offered by the stores, says Courts Malaysia CEO Dolf Posthumus, with the retailer offering flexible credit schemes. The Bandar Baru Keningau store has 17,000 sqft (1580 sqm) of retail space while the one in Bandar Baru Semporna has 8000 sqft.

Included are the company’s store concepts such as CoolZone Plus, YourBedding, YourFurniture and Ultimate Screens, as well as an enhanced range of electrical and digital products.

As part of the retailer’s growing presence in Sabah and Sarawak, Posthumus says Courts Malaysia is committed to opening a minimum of five stores in Sabah in the new financial year. The two new stores take to total to 71 in Malaysia and four in Sabah.
