Singapore has its second DC Super Heroes Cafe, just opened in the Ngee Ann City shopping centre.
The family-style eateries were launched two years ago by the JT Network, which also runs a chain of official DC Comics Super Hero retail stores in China, Hong Kong, Macau and Malaysia as well as Singapore.
Its latest restaurant features a decor inspired by DC Comics and a menu themed around iconic characters including a Superman Cappuccino complete with a cocoa dusting of the famous “S” shield, and a Bat Burger served on a black bun with a Batman symbol.
There is also a store next to the cafe offering the latest DC Comics collectibles, souvenirs and apparel.
There are now four DC Super Heroes Cafes – two in Malaysia (Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur) plus the original Singapore location at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, which has been voted by Chinese tourists as the Singapore winner of the 2017 Popularity Awards on Meituan-Dianping website.
