Line Friends Corporation, a spin-off from message app Line, opens its third Hong Kong store at APM mall in Kwun Tong tomorrow.

Joining more than 100 stores internationally, Line Friends will stock products featuring 11 characters created as stickers for the app. There are now more than 100 stores internationally, including New York, Seoul, Shanghai and Tokyo.

Covering 4000sqft at APM, the new store features a series of experience zones. Its branded products will include special drinks, toys and plushies, cushions and slippers.

It will be the first outlet in Greater China for the new BT21 range of products, which offers limited access for customers. Admission tickets will be issued daily, one per customer, entitling the holder to 30 minutes’ access to the BT21 zone. The BT21 characters were created together with Korean boy band BTS, Animation Running Man and Usamaru.
