Tiong Bahru Bakery has opened a fourth outlet at Holland Village.

Inspired by old-school local candy stores, the latest bakery outlet – located to the rear of Holland Village Mall at Chip Bee Gardens – seats 70 guests inside and 10 outside.

To mark the opening, pastry chef Samy Loison has created a tangy berry tart named after the store’s street location. The Merah Saga will be sold in the store as a promotional item throughout July.

Visitors to the store can take away baguettes and pastries as well as beverages from a takeaway express lane in the front of the premises.
