New retailers join lineup at Marina Bay Sands

The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore has expanded its tenant portfolio with a raft of new stores and restaurants coming.

One of the latest tenants joining the mall is French beauty brand Sisley Paris, which has opened its first standalone store in Singapore at the waterfront mall. Other brands arriving later this year include perfume house Maison21G Paris, South Korean beauty brand The History of Woo, Haidilao Hot Pot and Bacha Coffee.

Italian lifestyle brand Frette and Florentine luxury brand Pineider have chosen The Shoppes to launch their first standalone outlets in the city.

“We are encouraged by the confidence that our retail partners have in The Shoppes, at a time where agility and adaptability in the retail landscape is key,” said Hazel Chan, VP of retail at Marina Bay Sands.

“We have the creativity and the right retail mix to continue to attract a loyal clientele as we prepare to welcome international visitors when travel resumes.”

Since last June, the mall has welcomed 20 new stores, including Apple’s ‘floating’ flagship, jewellery brand Qeelin, Thom Browne, Stone Island and Bovet Fleurier. The mall’s occupancy rate has recovered to 99 per cent during the first quarter of this year.
