N+ Burger, a new burger concept store opened in Hong Kong – has a unique selling point: it runs pasture in Australia to ensure the quality of its beef.

Located at Swatow Street in Wan Chai, N+ Burger was founded on the concept of “Farm to Burger” and its dishes are made from Hunter Beef Angus Cattle from the brand’s own ranch.

N+ Burger says the ranch’s goods beef the Gold and Silver medals for Sydney’s ‘Royal Cruises’ in 2021 and last year, respectively. Some of its pastures, including Glenrock Station, Brindley Park Clear Hils, and Oak Park, primarily breed pure Black Angus cattle with good genes, market recognition, and qualification.

The brand focuses on using sourdough bread, fresh, premium ingredients, and 100 per cent natural Angus meat to make a range of burgers. In order to give customers a superior burger experience, N+ Burger has integrated its philosophy and innovation into its creation of burgers.

The burger store has been divided into two levels, with the characteristic cow artwork on the wall near the staircase providing a feeling of verdant fields.  N+ Burger aims to offer a new lunch option for professionals and nearby communities, as well as a great gathering area for burger fans and foodies.
