KOLs and custom jewellery: How Chow Tai Fook is connecting with Gen Z

Against a backdrop of challenging headwinds in the retail industry, Chinese jewellery giant Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group showed remarkable resilience and closed the financial year with US$12 billion (HK$94.6 billion) in revenue.  According to its annual results for the year ended 31 March 2023, announced in June, the pandemic in mainland China affected all businesses – particularly in Q3. The group includes the Chow Tai Fook brand, as well as Hearts On Fire, Enzo, Soinlove and Monologue.
