Pop Mart is opening its first store in the Philippines – a pop-up at SM Mall of Asia, which will trade for three months starting on November 2.
Customers can shop for character toys like Molly, Hirono, Crybaby, and blind-box toys from the Labubu series by Hong Kong artist Kasing Lung.
Additionally, the store will feature a life-sized statue of Hirono Mime, which also functions as an interactive photo spot where visitors can take pictures and selfies.
The launch will continue Pop Mart’s Southeast Asian expansion, and the store will join more than 500 trading locations in 30 countries globally. The company also hinted at future permanent locations and collaborations with local artists.
“We can’t wait to meet you – our friends are all waiting for you,” said Pop Mart on local social media.
Established in 2010 by Wang Ning, Beijing-headquartered Pop Mart specialises in designer toys, collectible figurines, and blind boxes.
