Disney Cruise Line has unveiled a suite of new retail experiences aboard its upcoming vessel, the Disney Adventure, the first cruise ship from the brand to be based in Asia.

Spanning nearly 17,000sqft, the onboard retail precinct will showcase a mix of signature Disney merchandise and exclusive product collections inspired by Singapore, South and Southeast Asia, and other global influences.

One featured range pays tribute to Singapore’s skyline and iconic landmarks, while another incorporates geometric tile patterns inspired by the city-state’s native flora and fauna. Other collections draw on regional architectural styles, including a vividly coloured line influenced by the city of Jaipur in India.

Headlining on the ship are World of Disney and World of Disney Too, both making their debut at sea. These stores will offer official Disney Cruise Line merchandise, including character-themed apparel, plush toys, and accessories.

The ship will also house a National Geographic Store, offering co-branded apparel, hats, bags, and accessories themed around exploration and discovery.

Additional concepts include a dedicated Duffy and Friends Shop, a Marvel Style Studio, and the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, which provides princess-inspired makeovers for children.

Premium passengers staying in concierge-level suites will gain exclusive access to two upscale boutiques designed around the fictional city of Agrabah. Palace Treasures will stock luxury timepieces from IWC Schaffhausen and jewellery from the Crown of Light collection. At the same time, Diamonds & Wishes and Treasures Untold will feature a curated selection of limited-edition accessories and fine jewellery.

All purchases aboard the Disney Adventure will be transacted in US dollars. The ship is scheduled to set sail from Singapore in December.
