Hong Kong-based supply chain manager Li & Fung has signed a licensing agreement with C&C California to acquire wholesale distribution rights across all retail channels, including full-price, off-price, and club retailers.
C&C California is a division of Established Lifestyle and specialises in women’s swimwear, sleepwear, and outerwear.
Under the agreement, Li & Fung will oversee the expansion of the brand’s new product lines and their distribution.
In swimwear, the range will include separates, one-piece swimsuits, and beachwear. The sleepwear category will expand to include separates, coordinated sets, and robes.
Meanwhile, the outerwear offering will span seasonal styles, from lightweight windbreakers to puffers and parkas.
Mel Limoncelli, SVP and head of licensed brands at Li & Fung, said the partnership will extend the brand into new categories while maintaining its core identity.
“The category expansions remain true to a brand heritage rooted in 70s West Coast culture, while also speaking to an endless summer moment through comfort, ease of wear, and easy-care fabrics,” said Limoncelli.
