The Pokémon Centre at Jewel Changi Airport in Singapore will temporarily close on April 1 for renovations to introduce a fully localised store concept.
Since its opening in 2019, the centre has offered a variety of products, including video games, trading cards, plush toys, and bag charms.
The revamped store will incorporate Singapore heritage-inspired installations and design elements reflecting local culture. Customers can also expect an expanded range of merchandise and immersive experiences.
During the three-month renovation, Pokémon will open temporary pop-up stores at Jewel Changi and Plaza Singapura
“Over the past seven years, we have witnessed Pokémon become an increasingly meaningful part of everyday life, and we are proud to have been part of that journey,” said Shunsuke Sasaki, MD of Pokémon Singapore.
“The refreshed store will feature curated products, including some limited edition merchandise, and an enhanced interior design concept. We look forward to welcoming everyone soon.”
The Pokémon Centre at Jewel Changi Airport is scheduled to reopen in the third quarter.
