Iicombined, parent of South Korean premium eyewear brand Gentle Monster, has named Renaud Divisia as GM of Europe.
Divisia is a seasoned international luxury executive with experience in business development, commercial strategy, and brand management across several luxury groups and brands.
Before joining Iicombined, he was GM of Puig Korea and international director of Byredo. He also spent several years at LVMH’s Dior Parfums, holding international leadership roles across Europe and the Middle East.
In his new role, Divisia will lead the continued growth of Iicombined’s European business, including Gentle Monster, overseeing the organisation, retail expansion, and overall commercial strategy across the region.
Founded in 2011, Iicombined’s portfolio also includes fragrance and skincare brand Tamburins, experimental cafe concept Nudake, headwear label Atiissu, and kitchenware brand Nuflaat.
The Seoul-based company first introduced Gentle Monster to the European market in 2018 with a flagship store in London’s West End. The brand later expanded its physical footprint to Paris and Milan.
Earlier this year, private equity firm ZWC Partners announced an investment in Iicombined to support its continued international growth, particularly across Asia and further expansion into Europe and North America.
