Thai fashion label Gentlewoman will enter the Singapore market next month with the opening of its first store on Orchard Road.

Located inside 313@Somerset shopping centre, the store will open on October 15 and feature the brand’s signature collections, along with collaborations and other retail experiences. 

According to the company, the debut marks a new chapter in the relationship with its growing Singapore community. The brand also plans to expand further in the market with more stores in the future.

“As we continue to grow beyond Thailand, our ambition is to build a brand that feels relevant across cultures and communities, while remaining unmistakably Gentlewoman,” said co-founder Raya Wannapinyo.

Founded in 2018 in Bangkok by Wannapinyo, Siripa Rueangwutthisakulchai and Jitpon Siriwattanamathangkul, Gentlewoman offers casualwear, activewear, swimwear and accessories. The brand became renowned for its durable, recognisable canvas tote bag.

The brand operates 29 stores in Thailand, including flagship locations in Bangkok. It made its first overseas debut in Malaysia earlier this year.
