Tenders called for MTR duty free stores

Tenders have been called for operators of MTR duty free stores at Hung Hom Station, Lo Wu Station and Lok Ma Chau Station.
MTR Corporation in Hong Kong has invited expressions of interest in tenders for duty free businesses at Hung Hom and Lo Wu; and/or Lok Ma Chau.
Hung Hom Station is the hub for the Guangzhou-Kowloon Through Train carrying both business and leisure travelers. Lo Wu Station serves as the primary connection for rail travelers between Mainland China and Hong Kong. Lok Ma Chau Station is a direct immigration control connection with the Longhua Line adjoining Shenzhen Metro’s Futian Port Station.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in end January 2016. Only qualified operators with the relevant experience and financial capacity will be invited to submit tender, tentatively in April 2016.
