International cafe chain Starbucks will open two outlets at Macau Airport by Lunar New Year next February.
The two stores, which will each open on either side of the customs area, add to the total of 17 Starbucks coffeehouses already in the territory – comprising seven on peninsular Macau and 10 in Taipa and Cotai.
A spokesperson for Macau International Airport Company Limited said Starbucks has been committed to inspiring and igniting Macau customers’ love for coffee with the finest Starbucks experience. “We are thrilled to be launching two Starbucks stores at the Macau International Airport”.
Starbucks has expressed interest in seeking further opportunities to expand within Macau.
