ChaTraMue Hong Kong trebles its network

Popular Thai tea brand ChaTraMue is expanding its footprint in Hong Kong with two new stores about to open in the territory.

The first ChaTraMue Hong Kong outlet opened in Causeway Bay last year. New outlets are now planned for Tsim Tsa Tsui and Tseung Kwan O, marking the brand’s debut in the Kowloon and New Territories regions.

The 75-year-old brand, famed for its handmade milk tea, green tea and rose tea, has been dubbed “one of Thailand’s most popular and beloved tea brands” by Time Out. All raw materials are imported from Thailand, including its tea, coffee beans and honey for an authentic Thai flavour. The retailer has also branched into desserts as well.

The Tsim Tsa Tsui store on Carnarvon Road is expected to open on May 30, but the opening date for the Tseung Kwan O outlet has yet to be announced.
