Thai tea brand Chatramue has launched its first brick-and-mortar location in Vietnam today, aiming to capture the attention of Vietnamese milk tea lovers.
Located in the heart of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, the single-storey cafe features with a simple white design and the brand’s logo on the facade.
Time Out has branded the 78-year-old company “one of Thailand’s most popular and beloved tea brands” and it is well known for its handmade milk tea, green tea, and rose tea.
The Ho Chi Minh City store will also sell packaged Chatramue grocery products to take home.
To provide a true Thai flavour, all the raw materials are supplied from Thailand. The business has also branched out into desserts.
In 2020, ChaTraMue expanded its presence in Hong Kong by opening two additional stores, one in Tsim Tsa Tsui and another in Tseung Kwan O.
