Roman pan pizza brand Alice Pizza will open its first Asian location in Hong Kong this month in collaboration with Bluebell Group

Located on Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, the 800sqft store is bordered by a broad window facade with seating for 28 diners and a sleek counter.

Alice Pizza is known for its Roman pan pizza ‘by the cut’ concept, which is baked in large rectangular baking trays and is ready to serve – cut into individual pieces and sold by weight – in 10 minutes.

A standard slice will weigh from 100g-160g depending on the ingredients on top, with prices ranging from US$3.19 to $5.74.

The majority of the ingredients are imported from Italy, and the menu includes everything from traditional flavours to vegetarian and vegan options to other different creations.

“The food scene in Hong Kong is ultra-competitive but we believe the Alice Roman pizza concept, offering high-quality Italian products at fair prices, will be well received,” said Bluebell Greater China MD, Samy Redjeb.

Alice Pizza was founded in 1989 by pizza maker and entrepreneur Domenico Giovannini at a boutique shop on the outskirts of Vatican City in Via delle Grazie, Rome. The brand has more than 200 pizzerias globally.
