A new retail space will open in Macau’s Senado Square heritage zone this summer.

The four-storey project, a joint venture between Circle Property Development and Henry iAn Investment, will accommodate a total retail floor area of 2589sqm. It is located on Rua de Sao Domingos, a short walk from historic landmark, St Dominic’s Church.

Named “Yellow House”, the new structure features a yellow facade and traditional brown windows to match characteristics of old buildings in the area, although it is fronted in modern glass. It is currently inviting tenants for lease.

Neighbouring heritage structure Lou Kau House was damaged during construction.
