New Levi’s concept store in Indonesia is its largest yet in Southeast Asia

Levi’s has launched its largest store yet in Southeast Asia – in Indonesia – featuring the brand’s new ‘Next Gen’ design concept.

Located in Grand Indonesia East Mall, the new Levi’s outlet features a range of technology features, including Levi’s first associate ordering system, part of a broader omnichannel shopping experience.

“We are focused on bringing a highly personalised shopping experience to consumers and in a larger format,” said Sameer Koul, country manager at Levi Strauss Indonesia. “This store can embody a bold brand image and vision for Indonesia.

“Levi’s Next Gen Store offers the most diverse products and brings our brand story to life with the feeling of being in a theatre,” he added.

Levi’s Next Gen houses a Tailor Shop where customers can have their own items customised, including embroidery, hemming and alterations. Customers can also create their own T-shirt with favourite patterns at the store’s print bar.

The store features a stylish fitting lounge equipped with a smart phone charger and sofa. Levi’s Next Gen offers a selection of jeans and accessories, including sustainable denim and non-denim.
